The Chaser

Last night I was listening to an episode of The Twilight Zone on the radio. The story was called "The Chaser", and concerned a love-struck man who buys a love potion to give to the woman of his dreams. However he finds that the potion works too well. It was an entertaining episode. After that I was listening to a documentary about the plane crash which killed Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper on 3 February 1959. Later on I was playing Little Big Planet on the Playstation 3 which is a really fun and imaginative game.

Later on I was watching a one-off comedy-drama thing called Good Arrows about a professional darts player in Wales. It was written and directed by Irvine Welsh (the author of Trainspotting) and was pretty funny. When that was finished I listened to The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents, a radio play based on a novel by Terry Pratchett about a talking cat and a group of intelligent rats who travel with a young man from town to town performing a scam based on the Pied Piper of Hamlyn. It starred David Tennant as a talking rat.

Today I went along to my parent's house as usual. The T-shirts that I ordered from the website on Tuesday evening had arrived and they look really great. I was very impressed with it all actually. The new issue of Fortean Times had arrived as well. In the afternoon I watched a few episodes of Peep Show on DVD.

This evening I was listening to the latest episode of The Man in Black on the radio. This one was a disturbing story about four British soldiers stranded in Afghanistan who are threatened by a powerful supernatural force.
