The Five People You Meet in Heaven

Last night and this morning I read all of The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom. The story is about a man named Eddie who has spent most of his life around an amusement park, where he works as a maintenance man. On his 83rd birthday he is killed in an accident and finds himself in Heaven. However, he soon discovers that Heaven is where you learn about your life on earth by meeting, one after the other, five people who you encountered during your time alive. They might be loved ones or distant strangers, but each of them somehow has irrevocably altered the course of your life somehow and has a lesson to teach. It's a very short book and very easy to read, but it was quite thought-provoking. I actually liked it a lot more than I had expected.

I went to my parent's house for lunch as usual. Lunch was salmon, mashed potato and peas. It was very nice. In the afternoon I helped my Dad burn some CDs. I've never tried doing that with my computer, but I'll have to give it a shot sometime.
