Complainers

It was another really quiet day at work today. The usual people were complaining all the time about everything. There's one guy in particular whose principal topics of conversation are the pointlessness of life in general and work in particular and the works of Kurt Vonnegut, not necessarily in that order.

Back home I had to phone up to renew my home insurance for another year. I think I managed it okay, even though I could barely make out a word the guy was saying.
