Coffy

Last night I was watching a film on TV called Coffy, a 1973 film directed by Jack Hill. It stars Pam Grier as a nurse who takes violent revenge against various gangsters, pimps and drug dealers who got her younger sister addicted. It's pretty violent, but also very badly dated, complete with funky seventies soul music score. It's not bad though. Apparently it's one of Quentin Tarantino's favourite films.

Work was the same as usual, really. Although it was really nice weather outside, and that always seems to make the day go longer.Michele is still not feeling well, so we didn't go up to see Pirates of the Caribbean today.
