Infernal Affairs

Last night I was watching the film Infernal Affairs, which is a Hong Kong film from 2002, that was remade by Martin Scorsese last year as The Departed. The re-make was very faithful to the original, for the most part, except the original version is about fifty minutes shorter.

Today was the start of another week at work, of course, and it was pretty dull for the most part. After work I went over to the New Yorker for a drink with Joe and his friend Mark. A couple of other people came by who I had never seen before. We were there for a couple of hours. It was quite nice, and I picked up some fish and chips on my way home.
