Back from Holiday

I arrived back today after my two week holiday. I spent two nights in Nashville, Tennessee, took the Greyhound bus to Memphis and then took an overnight Amtrak train to Chicago, Illinois, where I stayed for four nights. Then I took a plane to Washington DC where I stayed for three nights. Then I took a plane to Canada and spent four nights in halifax, Nova Scotia, before catching an overnight flight back. Which means I have had absolutely no sleep last night. It was a really good holday and a real adventure.

The thing is that now comes the post-holiday blues, where it's like for weeks before I left I had this big exciting thing being planned and I was really, really looking forward to it but now it's all over and there's nothing left to eally get excited about, and also there's the prospect of everyday life starting up again, so I do feel kind of depressed about that.
