Taxidermia
Last night I was watching a film called Taxidermia, a bizarre 2006 dark comedy from Hungary, directed by Gyorgy Palfi. The film tells the story of three generations of men from a Hungarian family, who each have their own bizarre and grotesque obsessions and talents, which include competitive speed-eating and taxidermy. The film is completely tasteless but it is very funny. It has the feel of one of the John Waters films, and is so surreal and over the top that it never really becomes too offensive.
Today has been fairly quiet. I went over to my parent's house for my lunch as usual. So that was nice.
