Daily Books

Last night I ordered another couple of books to be sent through Daily Lit: Bleak House by Charles Dickens and Bartleby, the Scrivener by Herman Melville. Dickens is my mum's favourite author. They certainly make the coffee and lunch breaks at work a little more interesting.

Work was more or less the same as usual. There are a couple of guys who sit at my table who seem to do nothing but argue about their various philosophies of life, which mostly is just constantly complaining loudly about everything day in and day out. I got out of work at about five again.
