The Fisherman
Last night I was reading a short horror story called "The Fisherman" written by David A. Sutton. The story tells of a newly married couple, whose relationship is already falling apart, taking a holiday in a remote coastal area of Wales where the wife is disturbed by the local eccentric: a lonely fisherman whose wife apparently drowned under suspicious circumstances many years before, and who every night after dark takes his boat out to search for her. However she is still more disturbed by the half-seen glimpses of some mysterious thing in the water. It was a pretty good story, and very atmospheric.
It was another very quiet day at work, but it is the end of another week, so that's pretty good.
