Now: Zero
Last night I was reading more of the J. G. Ballard stories. One of them was called "Now: Zero" and was an unusual excursion into horror about a man who discovers he can kill people just by writing about it, and uses it to try to get a promotion at the office, and "The Sound-Sweep" which was the inspiration for the song "Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles.
Today was another really ordinary day at work, and I just came straight home afterwards.
